Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services (MATS) is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team serving families across Fayette County and surrounding areas.

BCBAs at MATS function as autonomous clinical leaders, guiding treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring effective behavioral interventions for our clients.
Position Overview
Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Department: Clinical Services
Reports To: Clinical Director / Executive Director
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 annually
Caseload: Approximately 6–8 clients
Billable Requirement: 25 billable hours per week
What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at MATS, you will lead the clinical direction of ABA services and oversee individualized treatment plans.
Clinical Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland, PDDBI, etc.)
• Develop and supervise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs, BTs, and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure fidelity of ABA interventions and data collection
Collaboration
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators
• Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
Clinical Leadership
• Participate in clinical meetings and case consultations
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical guidelines
• Support staff training and professional development
Qualifications
Required
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Georgia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise RBTs and manage clinical caseloads
Preferred
• Experience conducting assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland
• Experience using CentralReach or similar ABA software
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
